Nice Move (“the App”) is designed to help you stay active with short, guided workout routines. We, the developers, are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the App works.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from the App.

All data you create in Nice Move stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. Specifically:

• Workout plans and schedules: Stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage
• Workout history and completions: Stored locally on your device
• App preferences and settings: Stored locally on your device

Apple Watch Integration

If you choose to sync workouts to your Apple Watch:

• The App uses Apple’s WorkoutKit framework to schedule workouts in the Apple Watch Workout app
• This data syncs between your iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple’s own APIs
• We do not have access to any data synced to your Apple Watch
• Apple’s privacy policies govern how this data is handled

Health Data

The App may access HealthKit data for the purpose of displaying your activity (e.g. Move) summary and workout completions. This data:

• Remains on your device
• Is never transmitted to us or any third party
• Requires your explicit permission to access
• Can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health

Data Storage

All workout data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data:

• Is backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled (managed by Apple)
• Is deleted when you delete the App
• Is never accessible to us or any third party

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with any external platforms except Apple’s own frameworks (WorkoutKit, HealthKit), which are subject to Apple’s privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App Store listing and will take effect immediately upon posting.
